Northern Light Counseling is expanding across multiple counties and school districts, and we’re inviting LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and LSWs to join our thriving practice in Honesdale, PA.
From the start, our programs have been created with intention — designed to be effective for kids, families, schools, and the community, while truly supporting the counselors providing them.
What We Offer:
* Flexibility: Choose a schedule that works for you — school-based roles during the day, outpatient evenings/weekends in Honesdale, or a hybrid of both.

* Balance: Full-time or part-time opportunities in schools, outpatient, or hybrid roles.
* Growth: With a full waitlist in our Honesdale office and expanding school contracts, you’ll have steady opportunities to build a caseload.

Your Role:
* Provide outpatient individual, group, and/or family therapy.
* Deliver services in schools (Wallenpaupack, Western Wayne, Lakeland, + more as we expand) and/or in our Honesdale office
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation
* Collaborate with schools, families, and teammates for the best outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
* Active Pennsylvania license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LSW
* Experience with children/adolescents preferred
* Availability for in-person work in Honesdale and surrounding districts
We are not hiring pre-licensed (LAPC, intern, provisional) roles at this time
